Sample Energy Reading
(A brief Interpretation of an actual client's reading.)

GENERAL INFORMATION:
We all have waves of energy coming out of us. This is why you can "feel" someone coming in the room before you can see or hear them. This is why you can feel someone's emotional state whether or not they express what they are feeling with their words or expressions. This energy can be photographed and measured.
If you were a perfect being in perfect shape, the energy (aura) around you would look like a smooth, congruent egg-shape. Since none of us are in a perfect state, the energy coming from us can be weak in certain areas and strong in others. In other words, our auras are "lumpy." This pattern of low and high energy can be very revealing. This is what I am 'reading' when I do this kind of dowsing.

BRIEF INTERPRETATION:

The first thing to notice is the large, disturbed activity on the emotional level in the head. This is a person whose mind is churning churning churning. She probably over-thinks things, gets caught in mental loops, etc. Most of this is worry, as it projects forward but not backward. It seems that she suffers from headaches, probably migraines related to anxiety. This shows up as a "wound" or weakness on the physical level and over-activity on the emotional level. (She confirmed that she has frequent, severe headaches.)

I also notice emotional acting out at the knee level with a corresponding physical weakness. This is a person who "runs around" a lot, is very active as a response to her anxiety. She probably drives herself forward, doesn't pay attention to her body, soldiers on even when she is tired, etc. This is a long-standing habitual pattern and she probably began or learned this in her family of origin because it shows up on the emotional level as a past pattern. (Indeed, she acknowledged this and that she has knee pain. )

Another indication that her anxiety is having physical consequences is the physical weakness in the chest. I asked her if she has heart palpitations, racing, or any problems. I made an intuitive guess that it was heart over lungs because of the way her chart looked. (She said yes. Racing heartbeat. ) I know this is anxiety produced rather than depression and loneliness because no problem in the heart area shows up on the emotional level.

I asked the client if she holds tension in her neck and shoulders and occasionally has lower back issues. (Yes. ) I can see the weakness in these two spots on the physical level. I believe this neck tension contributes to her headaches as well.

She probably has some repressed anger about the fact that she feels unable to manifest in the world her genuine self. She feels stuck, unable to either speak up for herself or make things happen effectively. She probably stays quiet, is conciliatory or co-dependent in relationships -- and/or does a lot of running around, distracting herself with busywork while avoiding those things that would really move her forward toward the achievement of her goals. Instead, she worries, deliberates endlessly. (Yes. She said this is her pattern.

SUGGESTIONS:
Quieting the mind will be very important for this client. Establishing habits or practices which help her to do this is vital. Staying focused on her primary intention and not running around will also be important. Setting goals is not enough. She will overwhelm them with busywork otherwise.  Less is more for this person.

Fear is the primary emotion being expressed. Manufactured fear through an undisciplined mind. She probably revs herself up, "horrible-izing" and dramatizing things and scaring herself more and more,  making mountains out of mole-hills. (She confirmed the correctness of this trait.)

NOTE:   As was my habit, I dowsed this client in the first session before I knew anything about her so that my reading would not be influenced by her narrative. This reading gave us an immediate place to begin and an overall guide to how to approach goal-setting and problem solving.
