New!Adult Coloring Journals as a meditation tool! Many of my clients have lives that are too busy, too frenetic. They seek relaxation but don't like to sit still and do nothing. I have developed a line of adult coloring pages and a journal as a way to sit quietly and color, freeing the body to relax while the mind is engaged in a simple task. The journals come with Thoughtful Questions to ponder as a way to reflect upon your life, using the theme of the images as a starting point.
